Application of slice regularity to functions of a dual-quaternionic variable

open access: yesKarpatsʹkì Matematičnì Publìkacìï, 2021
In this paper, we present the algebraic properties of dual quaternions and define a slice regularity of a dual quaternionic function. Since the product of dual quaternions is non-commutative, slice regularity is derived in two ways.

Image encryption algorithm based on improved Clifford chaotic system

open access: yesDianzi Jishu Yingyong, 2022
Information security is an increasingly concerned issue. As the carrier of information transmission, digital image contains a large amount of information.

Global exponential stability of Clifford-valued neural networks with time-varying delays and impulsive effects

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2021
In this study, we investigate the global exponential stability of Clifford-valued neural network (NN) models with impulsive effects and time-varying delays.

The Optimization and Application of 3-Bit Hermitian Gates and Multiple Control Toffoli Gates

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering, 2022
The well-known 3-bit Hermitian gate (a Toffoli gate) has been implemented using Clifford+T circuits. Compared with the Peres gate, its implementation circuit requires more controlled-not (cnot) gates. However, the Peres gate is not Hermitian.

Single T gate in a Clifford circuit drives transition to universal entanglement spectrum statistics

open access: yesSciPost Physics, 2020
Clifford circuits are insufficient for universal quantum computation or creating $t$-designs with $t\ge 4$. While the entanglement entropy is not a telltale of this insufficiency, the entanglement spectrum is: the entanglement levels are Poisson ...

Harlequinade Grotesque in D. H. Lawrence’s Novel ‘Lady Chatterley’s Lover’

open access: yesНаучный диалог, 2023
The article is devoted to the interpretation of D. H. Lawrence’s novel ‘Lady Chatterley’s Lover’. The basis for reading the novel in a carnival key is provided by both the facts of Lawrence’s biography and the presence of carnival interpretations in his ...

On a Maximal Subgroup of the Affine General Linear Group of GL(6, 2) [PDF]

open access: yesAdvances in Group Theory and Applications, 2021
The affine general linear group 2^5:GL(5, 2) of GL(6, 2) has 6 conjugacy classes of maximal subgroups. The largest maximal subgroup is a group of the form 2^(1+8)_+ : GL(4, 2). In this paper we firstly determine the conjugacy classes of G using the coset

Clifford algebra-based structure filtering analysis for geophysical vector fields [PDF]

open access: yesNonlinear Processes in Geophysics, 2013
A new Clifford algebra-based vector field filtering method, which combines amplitude similarity and direction difference synchronously, is proposed. Firstly, a modified correlation product is defined by combining the amplitude similarity and direction ...

Generalized multidimensional Hilbert transforms in Clifford analysis

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2006
Two specific generalizations of the multidimensional Hilbert transform in Clifford analysis are constructed. It is shown that though in each of these generalizations some traditional properties of the Hilbert transform are inevitably lost, new bounded ...

Clifford algebra-valued orthogonal polynomials in the open unit ball of Euclidean space

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2004
A new method for constructing Clifford algebra-valued orthogonal polynomials in the open unit ball of Euclidean space is presented. In earlier research, we only dealt with scalar-valued weight functions.
