Clinical characteristics of mild hemophilia.
当科の軽症血友病A8例では全血凝固時間は正常, aPTTは軽度延長し,第VIII因子活性は6~21%であった.家族歴は3家系に見られ,出血回数は少なく,関節出血はなく,外傷後の筋肉血腫が多い. 6例に術後の過剰出血, 2例に中枢神経系の出血があり, 1例は両下肢を失った.全員に輸血歴があり, 7例は慢性肝疾患があり,うち1例は肝癌で死亡した.軽症血友病は診断や治療が遅れる上,合併症や後遺症で苦しむので,軽視してはならない.
