Genitourinary rhabdomyosarcoma in females usually originates in the vagina or uterus, but rarely the vulva. The authors present a case of rhabdomyosarcoma originating in the clitoris. A 4-year-old with an alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma of the clitoris was treated with radical clitorectomy, radiation, and chemotherapy.

Congenital neoplasms of the clitoris are rare. To our knowledge we report the second case of tumor of the clitoris in a newborn. We also review the literature relevant to pediatric tumors. CASE REPORT A female neonate born at term after an uneventful pregnancy was found to have a cylindrical grayish 35 X 10 mm.
