Isolated Transient Neonatal Clitoromegaly with Hyperandrogenism of Unknown Etiology
Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, 2009Neonatal clitoromegaly is usually attributed to androgen stimulation secondary to congenital adrenal hyperplasia or in utero androgen exposure. We present a unique case of transient, isolated neonatal clitoromegaly, associated with increased androgen levels of unidentifiable cause, which spontaneously resolved when the androgen levels normalized.

A 15-Month-Old Girl Presenting With Clitoromegaly and a Chest Mass
Seminars in Pediatric Neurology, 2018A 15-month-old girl was initially referred for endocrine evaluation for clitoromegaly and subsequently found to have an adrenal mass that tracked along the paravertebral region and was associated with increased vascular markings along the skin. Neurologic examination was normal.

Clitoromegaly, duplex urethra, and dysplastic vagina
Pediatric Surgery International, 1994The diagnosis, pathogenesis, and management of a particularly rare variety of nonadrenal female pseudohermaphroditism are discussed. The characteristic presenting features are clitoromegaly, duplication of the urethra, and dysplastic vagina. About 20 cases have been reported so far; we describe the details of two new cases.
