Clonal plants are widely distributed in the riparian zone and play a very important role in the maintenance of wetland ecosystem function. Flooding is an environmental stress for plants in the riparian zone, and the response of plants varies according to

Seedling Emergence from Seed Banks in Ludwigia hexapetala-Invaded Wetlands: Implications for Restoration [PDF]
Soil seed banks play a critical role in the maintenance of wetland plant communities and contribute to revegetation following disturbances. Analysis of the seed bank can therefore inform restoration planning and management.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Mass production and quality control of teak clones for tropical plantations : the Yayasan Sabah Group and CIRAD joint project as a case study [PDF]
L'attrait pour des clones de teck qui peuvent être plantés sous forme monospécifique ou en association avec d'autres espèces végétales (agroforesterie) devient de plus en plus évident dans de nombreux pays.

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Parental effects of physiological integration on growth of a clonal herb
Although numerous studies have independently tested the roles of physiological integration and parental effects on the performance of clonal plant species, few have assessed them simultaneously.

The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

Maintenance of Clonal Plant Germplasm
Abstract Rubus parviflorus Nutt., the thimbleberry, shown in bloom on the cover, is a common native of the Pacific Coast region of North America. It and an associated species, R. spectabilis Pursh, the salmonberry, have a raspberry-type fruit. The R. parviflorus fruit has many small drupelets and is a dark-red color, while R.
