Advanced Science, EarlyView.A mechanically tunable ECM platform is created by integrating dECM–alginate matrices with in‐bath tumor printing. The mechanically tunable ECM environment drives tumors to acquire hypoxia, mechanotransduction signaling, metastatic traits, and drug‐resistant phenotypes that collectively promote malignant transformation.
