Efficient and Robust Heterostructure CeZrOx/NiO‐Ni Inverse Catalyst for Sustainable Photothermal CO2 Methanation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A heterostructured CeZrOx/NiO‐Ni inverse catalyst is designed for highly efficient photothermal CO2 methanation under low‐intensity light without auxiliary heating. It achieves 464 mmol·gcat−1·h−1 methane space‐time yield under natural concentrated sunlight, maintains stability over light‐dark cycles and extended air storage, and is scalable to 100 g ...

Ultrahigh‐Linear Bio‐Inspired Janus Elastomeric Strain Sensor with High Sensitivity and Stretchability via Surface Wrinkle Engineering

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bio‐inspired Micro‐wrinkled Janus elastomeric flexible strain sensor mimicking wrinkled‐leaf viburnum is developed. Endowed with a synergistic sensing mechanism including wrinkle‐guided microcracks, modulus‐gradient‐driven strain division, and a parallel conductive circuit, it achieves ultra‐high linearity, sensitivity, wide strain range, and ...

Tunable Plug‐and‐Play Meta‐Nanogenerator Materials for Multi‐Range Force Measurements

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The multifunctional and tunable meta‐nanogenerator material system combines a mechanical metamaterial and a triboelectric nanogenerator enabling self‐powered, real‐time force sensing across application‐specific ranges. Geometrical tuning adjusts stiffness and the force sensing range, while modular integration streamlines assembly.

ON OZAKI CLOSE-TO-CONVEX FUNCTIONS

Bulletin of the Australian Mathematical Society, 2018
Let $f$ be analytic in $\mathbb{D}=\{z\in \mathbb{C}:|z|<1\}$ and given by $f(z)=z+\sum _{n=2}^{\infty }a_{n}z^{n}$. We give sharp bounds for the initial coefficients of the Taylor expansion of such functions in the class of strongly Ozaki close-to-convex functions, and of the initial coefficients of the inverse function, together with some growth ...
