ECPR In Penetrating Chest Trauma With Thoracic Aortic Injury: A Case Report
Clinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 4, April 2026.Extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ECPR) combined with emergent surgical repair can achieve hemodynamic stabilization in selected patients with penetrating chest trauma and thoracic aortic injury complicated by cardiac arrest. Early initiation and rapid hemorrhage control are critical determinants of outcome.

The Journal of the Japanese Association for Chest Surgery, 1999 鈍的胸部外傷後の凝血性血胸に対して, 線維胸による肺拡張不全を予防し肺機能の改善をはかるために, 胸腔鏡補助小開胸下に手術を施行し良好な経過を得たので報告する.患者は45歳, 男性。約1ヵ月前に胸部打撲受傷, 多発肋骨骨折, 左血胸にて他院で胸腔ドレナージを施行されたが肺の拡張不良のため当院転院となった.ドレーンから胸腔内を洗浄したが肺の拡張不全を残したため血腫除去と胸膜剥皮の員的で手術を施行した.手術は右側臥位にて左前側方, 第6肋間に約7.0cmの小開胸を置き胸腔鏡補助下に血腫除去および胸膜剥皮術を施行した.今日膿胸の治療に胸腔鏡が多用され, その有用性が報告されている.われわれは外傷性凝血性血胸に対して本術式を選択した.小開胸を併用することで, 胸腔鏡では充分な胸腔内の検索 ...
