A State‐Adaptive Koopman Control Framework for Real‐Time Deformable Tool Manipulation in Robotic Environmental Swabbing

This work presents a state‐adaptive Koopman linear quadratic regulator framework for real‐time manipulation of a deformable swab tool in robotic environmental sampling. By combining Koopman linearization, tactile sensing, and centroid‐based force regulation, the system maintains stable contact forces and high coverage across flat and inclined surfaces.

Comprehensive Profiling of N6‐methyladnosine (m6A) Readouts Reveals Novel m6A Readers That Regulate Human Embryonic Stem Cell Differentiation

This research deciphers the m6A transcriptome by profiling its sites and functional readout effects: from mRNA stability, translation to alternative splicing, across five different cell types. This review provides an overview of recent advances in decoupling strategies for soft sensors. It summarizes single‐modal sensors that are insensitive to stretching, bending, crosstalk, and other environmental interferences, and highlights emerging multimodal decoupling methods enabled by spatiotemporal information and machine learning.
