Dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP) is a major marine organosulfur compound central to climate‐relevant dimethyl sulfide (DMS) production. In Halomonas sp. D47, DMSP catabolism is revealed to be coordinated by two transcriptional regulators, AcuR and AcuZ, which control gene expression by sensing DMSP and its metabolites.

A retinoic acid receptor agonist, TTNPB, drives the efficient generation of advanced neural stem cells (ANSCs) from human pluripotent stem cells. TTNPB‐centered chromatin remodeling and metabolic reprogramming, promote neuroectoderm commitment. The resulting cells show robust neural potential and functional efficacy in a rat depression model.

miR‐185‐5p derived from UC‐MSC exosomes via hypoxic suspension culture promotes scarless wound healing in mice by precisely regulating collagen I/III regeneration. Exosomes derived from UC‐MSCs under a three‐dimensional bioreactor and hypoxic conditions were injected into the skin wounds of mice.
