Lipid‐Hybrid Multicompartment Membrane Systems for Controlled, Compartmentalized Encapsulant Release
Herein a bio‐inspired, lipid‐hybrid‐based multicompartmental material for scalable (milliliter) microencapsulation (20 – 200 µm) and controlled release of aqueous solutions is presented. The multicompartmental architecture provides non‐mixing environments, spatial patterning of encapsulants, and controlled compartmentalized release by surfactant ...

KCES: A Workflow Containerization Scheduling Scheme Under Cloud-Edge Collaboration Framework [PDF]
As more IoT applications gradually move towards the cloud-edge collaborative mode, the containerized scheduling of workflows extends from the cloud to the edge. However, given the high delay of the communication network, loose coupling of structure, and resource heterogeneity between cloud and edge, workflow containerization scheduling in the cloud ...

The present work is concerned with the fabrication of CO2 sensors based on MWCNTs/ZnO material, which is obtained by RF magnetron sputtering and electron‐beam deposition methods. The sensor exhibits highly sensitive and selective behavior, high repeatability, and temporal stability at low CO2 concentrations.

Enhanced Performance 3‐D Printed PLA Parts through a Photo‐Initiator Mediated UV‐Curing
This solvent‐free method enhances 3‐D printed PLA parts by incorporating photo‐initiators during fabrication, followed by up to 3 min UV treatment. This process improves PLA's mechanical properties, including a 64% increase in tensile strength, while addressing weak interlayer bonding and outdoor sensitivity.

Optimizing Metamaterial Inverse Design with 3D Conditional Diffusion Model and Data Augmentation
A generative AI model, the 3D conditional diffusion model (3D‐CDM), is introduced to enhance the inverse design of voxel‐based metamaterials. A data augmentation technique based on topological perturbation expands the dataset, further improving generation quality and accuracy.
