Feedback based Trust Management for Cloud Environment

Proceedings of the Second International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Competitive Strategies, 2016
Trust is most challenging issue for the growth and adoption of cloud computing but the trust management systems are becoming apparent and promising technology to better the e-commerce providers and consumers relationship. Various trust models are proposed for managing trust feedbacks but reliability of trust feedback is generally ignored.

Permafrost cloud feedback

Rising temperatures in the northern permafrost zone are profoundly altering key surface and subsurface processes, triggering important climate feedbacks. The most prominent of these is the accelerated decomposition of formerly frozen soil organic matter, leading to the release of carbon into the atmosphere.

Cloud Feedback: A Stabilizing Effect for the Early Earth?

Science, 1982
The effect of variations in cloud cover, optical properties, and fractional distribution with altitude on the mean surface temperature of a model of the early earth has been investigated. In all cases examined, cloud-climate feedbacks result in temperatures greater than those in models with no cloud feedbacks.

Amplification of Cretaceous Warmth by Biological Cloud Feedbacks

Science, 2008
The extreme warmth of particular intervals of geologic history cannot be simulated with climate models, which are constrained by the geologic proxy record to relatively modest increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide levels. Recent recognition that biological productivity controls the abundance of cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) in ...

Climate Sensitivity: Cloud and Water Feedbacks and their Assessment

1994
The climate sensitivity may be defined as the rate of change in the radiative budget at the top of the atmosphere. This definition is applied to the LMD GCM results in order to evaluate the main processes which account for the model response to an external forcing, such as an increase in the greenhouse gases concentration, or a modification of the ...

Feedback cloud service for the smart cyber university

2016 IEEE East-West Design & Test Symposium (EWDTS), 2016
MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) have changed the approach to education forever. With all the benefits that they brought they also revealed a lot of problems in the brick-and-mortar universities. It turned out that the courses in the latter were often outdated, irrelevant or simply not as good as the online ones. MOOCs set up the natural competition

Extratropical Cloud Feedback Constrained by Cloud Sources and Sinks in Cyclones

Journal of Climate
Abstract Constraining cloud feedback in global climate models (GCMs) using observations is important for establishing accurate predictions of future climate. Uncertainty in shortwave cloud feedback (SW FB ) dominates uncertainty in total cloud feedback. Recent studies show a
