Morphology vs. Specific Surface Area: Which Plays the Leading Role in Microwave Absorption?
The role of morphology and specific surface area on microwave absorbing characteristics is systematically evaluated and compared. The matrix effect on microwave absorbing performance is studied using polyacetylurea. Implanted carbon nanotubes by red phosphorus and in situ polymerization of polyindole promoted microwave absorption.

Amorphous boron nitride (aBN) crystallizes into turbostratic BN as the thickness increases, leading to a higher dielectric constant (k‐value), increased leakage current density, and reduced breakdown field. Incorporating SiOx layers effectively prevents this crystallization.
