Pathogenic Neurofibromatosis type 1 gene variants in tumors of non‐NF1 patients and role of R1276
Somatic variants of the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) gene occur across neoplasms without clinical manifestation of the disease NF1. We identified emerging somatic pathogenic NF1 variants and hotspots, for example, at the arginine finger 1276. Those missense variants provide fundamental information about neurofibromin's role in cancer.

Radiation-induced lowered neurogenesis associated with shortened latency of inhibitory avoidance memory response [PDF]
The neural system is less sensitive to radiation than other late-responding organs and tissues such as the kidney and lung. The generation of new neurons in the adult mammalian brain has been documented in several works.

Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

Signet-ring cell carcinoma in rectal malignancies: a case report with an unexpected outcome
Signet ring-like cell prostate cancer is a rare and highly aggressive histological subtype of prostate cancer. The characteristic feature is that the cancer cells produce a large amount of mucin. This mucin gradually accumulates within the cells, pushing
