$^{10}$B+$\alpha$ states with chain-like structures in $^{14}$N [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
I investigate $^{10}$B+$\alpha$ cluster states of $^{14}$N with a $^{10}$B+$\alpha$ cluster model. Near the $\alpha$-decay threshold energy, I obtain $K^\pi=3^+$ and $K^\pi=1^+$ rotational bands having $^{10}$B($3^+$)+$\alpha$ and $^{10}$B($1^+$)+$\alpha$

Potentiation of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor-Induced Protection of Spiral Ganglion Neurons by C3 Exoenzyme/Rho Inhibitor

open access: yesFrontiers in Cellular Neuroscience, 2021
Preservation of the excitability of spiral ganglion neurons (SGN) may contribute to an improved speech perception after cochlear implantation. Thus, the application of exogenous neurotrophic factors such as the neurotrophin brain-derived neurotrophic ...

First LOFAR observations at very low frequencies of cluster-scale non-thermal emission: the case of Abell 2256 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Abell 2256 is one of the best known examples of a galaxy cluster hosting large-scale diffuse radio emission that is unrelated to individual galaxies. It contains both a giant radio halo and a relic, as well as a number of head-tail sources and smaller ...

Using head-tail galaxies to constrain the intracluster magnetic field: an in-depth study of PKS J0334-3900 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We present a multi-wavelength study of the radio galaxy PKS J0334-3900 at the centre of Abell 3135. The spectro-polarimetric radio observations are combined with spectroscopic optical and X-ray data to illustrate the use of Head-Tail radio galaxies to ...

Clustering Routing Algorithm in Wireless Sensor Networks Based on artificial Bee Colony and Assistant Cluster Heads

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2015
The solution presented in this article is a new clustering routing algorithm based on artificial bee colony and assistant cluster-head. This algorithm is a selection process of optimizing master cluster-head and assistant cluster-head by introducing ...

A Secure Optimization Routing Algorithm for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) are self-organizing, rapidly deployable wireless networks excellent for outdoor events, communications in places lacking radio infrastructure, disasters, and military activities.

Inversion doublets of reflection-asymmetric clustering in 28Si and their isoscalar monopole and dipole transitions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
[Background] Various cluster states of astrophysical interest are expected to exist in the excited states of $^{28}{\rm Si}$. However, they have not been identified firmly, because of the experimental and theoretical difficulties.

Efficient Cluster Head Selection Algorithm for MANET [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Computer Networks and Communications, 2013
In mobile ad hoc network (MANET) cluster head selection is considered a gigantic challenge. In wireless sensor network LEACH protocol can be used to select cluster head on the bases of energy, but it is still a dispute in mobil ad hoc networks and especially when nodes are itinerant.
