Clutter Filtering Algorithm in Dense Clutter Environment
2019 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Biomimetics (ROBIO), 2019Multi-Target Tracking (MTT) in dense clutter environment has always been a research difficulty in the field of radar target tracking, the key is to effectively combine state filtering with data association. In the dense clutter environment, in addition to the echo of the target point, there are also a large number of clutter interference from unknown ...

Model for Non-Gaussian Sea Clutter Amplitudes Using Generalized Inverse Gaussian Texture
IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters, 2019In this letter, we focus on the statistical modeling of sea clutter amplitudes. Due to its non-Gaussian nature, the existing statistical models are sometimes difficult to represent well the heavy-tailed portion of amplitude distribution.

Range dependent clutter suppression is a challenging problem in non-side-looking airborne radar, especially in the presence of range ambiguity. To deal with this problem, this paper proposes a two-stage adaptive clutter suppression method.

Singular value decomposition is an effective way to remove ground clutter in ground-penetrating radar (GPR) applications. The main limitation of this method is the selection of principal components to completely reconstruct the ground clutter or the ...

Sea Clutter Cancellation for Passive Radar Sensor Exploiting Multi-Channel Adaptive Filters
IEEE Sensors Journal, 2019Sea clutter suppression in passive radar sensor is a challenging problem because the Doppler frequencies of low-velocity sea-surface targets are typically close to the spectrum of the sea clutter. Conventional approaches based on single-channel high-pass

Radar Detection of Small Target in Sea Clutter Using Orthogonal Projection
IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters, 2019Sea clutter submerges the small target echo, which is disadvantageous for radar target detection. In this letter, we propose to suppress the sea clutter by orthogonal projection (OP).

This chapter investigates the relationship between the artist’s studio and the work produced there using the concept of the assemblage as its basic framework. It asks whether the state of the studio can be used to understand the art produced in it. It is prompted by an essay on ‘clutter’ by British psychoanalyst Adam Phillips which deals with the case ...

Clutter rejection limitations from ambiguous range clutter
IEEE International Conference on Radar, 2002Limitations on achievable clutter rejection due to ambiguous range clutter are described. The profile of clutter power versus range is shown to limit achievable clutter rejection. Ambiguous range effects are discussed in the context of sea clutter, using a model that includes propagation conditions, and rain clutter.

Abstract This article is designed to call attention to the experiences of being a parent of a child who clutters. Three parents were interviewed. Although their stories are very different, they share similar challenges. Difficulties include struggling to understand a child who clutters, obtaining an initial diagnosis of cluttering, finding a ...
