Exosome‐mimetic vesicle‐encapsulated multi‐responsive antibacterial hydrogel core‐shell microneedle patch promotes scarless healing of infected wounds

The core‐shell microneedle patch VP@FNV‐CuO2‐MN was fabricated by encapsulating n‐CuO2 in a moderately crosslinked PVA/CMCS/Borax4 hydrogel shell and VP‐loaded fibroblast membrane nanovesicles (VP@FNV) in a highly crosslinked PVA/CMCS/Borax6 hydrogel core. Upon application to an infected wound, the acidic microenvironment triggers Fenton‐like reactions
