A CMOS single-ended OTA with high CMRR

ESSCIRC 2004 - 29th European Solid-State Circuits Conference (IEEE Cat. No.03EX705), 2004
A high CMRR single-ended current-mirror OTA employing a novel current CMFB is proposed. The OTA input/output common mode range, die area, power and slewing speed are not affected. The settling speed is reduced by 5%-20%. The current CMFB boosts the OTA CMRR by a factor of 30 while allowing integration of conventional OTA improvements.

High-CMRR Current Amplifier Architecture and Its CMOS Implementation

IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, 2006
A novel current operational amplifier, in which the traditionally adopted input current follower is replaced by an input stage that exhibits current gain and single-input-to-differential-output conversion, is presented. Due to this, increased values of both dc gain and common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) are obtained in the overall amplifier.

2-V CMOS current operational amplifier with high CMRR

Proceedings of the 2005 European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design, 2005., 2006
A CMOS current operational amplifier with high common mode rejection is presented. This performance is obtained through a feedback-enhanced output stage exhibiting also low supply voltage requirements. Simulations using a 0.25-/spl mu/m process on an implementation powered with 2 V and consuming 2.4 mW show both DC loop gain and CMRR higher than 110 dB

La consultation infirmière en CMRR

La Revue de l'Infirmière, 2017
Resource and research memory centres (CMRRs) cater for patients with a cognitive disorder, usually with memory loss. Their aim is to establish if there is an underlying neurodegenerative pathology, Alzheimer's disease or related syndrome.

CMRR QA Application and Graded Approach

Volume 4: Codes, Standards, Licensing, and Regulatory Issues; Fuel Cycle, Radioactive Waste Management and Decommissioning; Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Coupled Codes; Instrumentation and Co, 2012
The Los Alamos National Laboratory Chemical-Metallurgical Research Replacement (CMRR) Project Quality Assurance (QA) Program was developed to ensure that ASME/NQA-1 is applied as necessary to ensure quality work using a graded approach. Using this systematic application and the graded approach method ensure that nuclear safety is achieved in the most ...

Development of neutron depth profiling at CMRR

Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section A: Accelerators, Spectrometers, Detectors and Associated Equipment, 2015
Abstract A neutron depth profiling (NDP) system has been developed at China Mianyang Research Reactor (CMRR) at Institute of Nuclear Physics and Chemistry (INPC), CAEP. The INPC-NDP system utilizes cold neutrons which are transported along the C1 neutron guide from the cold neutron source.

A high CMRR BiCMOS active combiner balun

Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2011
AbstractAn integrated bipolar differential amplifier was optimized to have maximum common mode rejection ratio (CMRR).This amplifier was then used as combiner and splitter baluns. A prototype was fabricated using a SiGe bipolar technology. Measurements show high CMRR and good agreement with simulations. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

High CMRR in reduced-coupling monolithic baluns

2010 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium, 2010
Monolithic technologies (e.g. semiconductor-based passive components) have small dimensions and tight fabrication tolerances. For coupled-resonator baluns this results in superior amplitude and phase balance characteristics, which are directly related to the common- mode rejection.
