Peptide‐directed nanovehicles enabling tumor‐selective ROS amplification and antitumor immunity

open access: yesVIEW, EarlyView.
Cancer cells are vulnerable to oxidative stress, yet exploit immune tolerance to escape destruction. In contrast, their metabolic profile is markedly altered to support rapid proliferation, accompanied by elevated production of reactive oxygen species (ROS).

Mechanical Properties and Quantitative Analytical Modelling of Micro/Nanocellulose Co‐Modified Insulating Papers With Different Aspect Ratios

open access: yesHigh Voltage, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The incorporation of nanocellulose‐doped insulating paper into the material composition of a given structure has been demonstrated to enhance the material’s mechanical properties and retard the development of cracks. However, the effects of different length‐to‐diameter ratios of nanocellulose are different.

Analysis of the Error Sensitive Direction and Establishment of the Equation of Face Gear Tooth Surface with Error

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2015
Based on the theory of multi-body system and the principle of gear meshing, according to six-axis five linkage gear CNC machine structure and the actual conditions of grinding, the grinding tooth surface equation of face gear with error of six-axis five ...

Single Line Drawing Generation via Semantics‐Driven Optimization

open access: yesComputer Graphics Forum, EarlyView.
We present a method for automatically generating single‐line drawings in vector format, guided by a text prompt or an input image. Our approach leverages score distillation sampling to optimize the parameters of a uniform rational B‐spline (URBS) curve, ensuring that the drawing consists of a single continuous stroke by design.

Tangent Blow‐Ups for Processing Non‐Manifold Geometry

open access: yesComputer Graphics Forum, EarlyView.
Abstract Many geometry processing pipelines implicitly assume their input data is a manifold, or is sampled from one, with a unique tangent plane at every point. Geometric data, however, routinely contains sharp features like edges, corners, self‐intersections, branching junctions, and other singularities, rendering standard methods ill‐defined at ...

Chromatin Remodeller BRD9 Orchestrates Odontoblastic Differentiation via Coordinating RUNX2‐KLF4

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
During odontoblast lineage commitment, the chromatin remodeller BRD9 acts as a critical epigenetic coordinator, orchestrating the chromatin landscape to facilitate synergistic binding of key transcription factors RUNX2 and KLF4 to target loci for odontogenesis.

Multicenter RCT 6‐Year Survival of Zirconia‐Reinforced Lithium Silicate Endocrowns: 90° Shoulder Versus Butt‐Joint Margins

open access: yesInternational Endodontic Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objectives Margin design significantly influences endocrown biomechanical performance. Nevertheless, long‐term clinical data comparing margin designs within a singular zirconia‐reinforced lithium silicate (ZLS) system remain scarce. This study reports the 6‐year follow‐up results of a multicenter, prospective, randomized, assessor‐blinded ...

The Mokuhanga Technique Today: An Exploration of Traditional Japanese Art in the Artistic and Educational Context

open access: yesInternational Journal of Art &Design Education, EarlyView.
Abstract In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the Mokuhanga technique, a traditional Japanese printmaking method, and its contemporary evolution. This article explores the history of this discipline, its technical uniqueness, and its resurgence in the current context, with particular attention to its development in Spain.

UC2‐ESP: A general‐purpose framework for open‐source microscopy control

open access: yesJournal of Microscopy, EarlyView.
Abstract Building the optical setup for investigating biological questions comes with challenges. A major such challenge is setting up and synchronizing the control of multiple hardware components such as stages, cameras and lasers. With UC2‐ESP, we present a low‐cost electronics system powered by the ESP32 microcontroller (∼$10), designed as an ...

‘Civilizing’ Smallholders Through Oil Palm: The Politics of Subsumption Across Southern Mexico's Commodity Frontiers

open access: yesJournal of Agrarian Change, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT While most frontier studies associate commodity expansions with dispossession, I argue that such expansions can also function as ‘civilizational’ projects aimed at overcoming traditional farming and creating new rural subjects better suited to the needs of capitalist development. Using a Gramscian approach to study subsumption, I analyse three
