An Internet-Based Virtual CNC Milling System
The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, 2002This paper addresses the importance of integrating a virtual manufacturing (VM) system with the Internet and proposes a web-based, scalable and distributed architecture for developing a platform-independent VM system. A prototype web-based virtual CNC milling system has been developed using Virtual Reality Modelling Language and Java.
