Synthesis of Novel C‐Acyl‐Glycosyl Sulfonamides via Pd‐Catalyzed Carbonylative Coupling

A Pd‐catalyzed carbonylative coupling of 1‐iodo‐glycals with diverse sulfonamides using Mo(CO)6 enables efficient access to C‐acyl‐glycosyl sulfonamides.This robust and versatile strategy delivers novel glycoside derivatives in good to excellent yields, highlighting their potential for drug discovery.

Validation and Application of an HPLC–UV Method for the Quantification of 3‐O‐Methylquercetin in Nasal Mucosa

This study improved an HPLC–UV method for quantifying 3‐O‐methylquercetin in porcine nasal mucosa following ICH M10 and ANVISA (Brazil) guidelines, assessing selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, and robustness. The method was applied for the first time to evaluate release, permeation, and retention profiles of a nasal formulation.

Determination of Flunixin Meglumine in Veterinary Pharmaceutical Formulations by Capillary Electrophoresis With Capacitively Coupled Contactless Conductivity Detection

ELECTROPHORESIS, EarlyView.
A CE‐C4D method was developed for the indirect determination of flunixin meglumine (FM) by quantifying meglumine and using lithium ions as an internal standard. The method allows the use of a low‐cost standard reagent, providing suitable analytical performance for the determination of FM in veterinary pharmaceutical formulations.
