SERS Facemask for Rapid and Portable Sensing Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Antigens for TB Screening

Our study introduced an Au─Ag embedded covalent organic framework (U@COF) ‐mediated facemask for sensing TB antigen ESAT‐6/CFP‐10 complex in clinical droplet samples toward TB screening. Enhanced Intracellular Stability and Translation Efficiency of mRNA Drugs by a 2‐arm mRNA Platform

We constructed a 2‐arm mRNA, characterized by a unique topology formed through the dimerization of two mRNA 3’ tails. The 2‐arm mRNA improves 3’ tail stability and resistance to nuclease degradation, resulting in an intracellular half‐life of up to 65 h. This method substantially enhances the translation capacity of mRNA drugs.

High‐Power Terahertz Emission from Picosecond Nano‐Plasma Switching Driven by Secondary Electron Emission Avalanche

A nano‐plasma device enables watt‐level on‐chip THz generation through picosecond switching triggered by secondary electron emission avalanche. An ultra‐dense electron sheet initiates nano‐plasma formation within a ∼100 nm gap, driving rapid energy release into an integrated resonator.
