ESTIMATING CO-INTEGRATING REGRESSION IN TIME SERIES [PDF]

open access: yesFayoum Journal of Agricultural Research and Development, 2019
The study investigated the equilibrium relation, on the long run, between the local production (GDP) and the index number for the wholesaleprices during the period 1986-2016 and identifying their integration degree so thatsome methods could be used to estimate and compare the regression of cointegration to create accurate estimations with a high degree ...

Structural insights into lacto‐N‐biose I recognition by a family 32 carbohydrate‐binding module from Bifidobacterium bifidum

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Bifidobacterium bifidum establishes symbiosis with infants by metabolizing lacto‐N‐biose I (LNB) from human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs). The extracellular multidomain enzyme LnbB drives this process, releasing LNB via its catalytic glycoside hydrolase family 20 (GH20) lacto‐N‐biosidase domain.

Molecular bases of circadian magnesium rhythms across eukaryotes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Circadian rhythms in intracellular [Mg2+] exist across eukaryotic kingdoms. Central roles for Mg2+ in metabolism suggest that Mg2+ rhythms could regulate daily cellular energy and metabolism. In this Perspective paper, we propose that ancestral prokaryotic transport proteins could be responsible for mediating Mg2+ rhythms and posit a feedback model ...

Mechanism of void growth in electroless copper plating layer of microvias in high-density interconnect packaging substrates

open access: yesJournal of Materials Science: Materials in Engineering
Voids in electroless copper (Cu) plating layers critically influence the reliability of microvias in high-density interconnect (HDI) packaging substrates.

Crosstalk between the ribosome quality control‐associated E3 ubiquitin ligases LTN1 and RNF10

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of the E3 ligase LTN1, the ubiquitin‐like modifier UFM1, or the deubiquitinating enzyme UFSP2 disrupts endoplasmic reticulum–ribosome quality control (ER‐RQC), a pathway that removes stalled ribosomes and faulty proteins. This disruption may trigger a compensatory response to ER‐RQC defects, including increased expression of the E3 ligase RNF10 ...

Integrated serum pharmacochemistry, 16S rDNA sequencing, and metabolomics to reveal the material basis and mechanism of Shouhui Tongbian capsule against diphenoxylate-induced slow transit constipation in rats

open access: yesChinese Medicine
Background Slow transit constipation (STC) is highly prevalent and has rising incidence. Shouhui Tongbian capsule (SHTB) is a traditional Chinese Medicine formula with extensive and highly efficacious usage in STC treatment, however, its mechanism of ...
