The project deals with the most promising reduction method of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. The method refers in capture and permanent storage of CO2. The storage can become in underground saline aquifers of big depth (more than 800m), in oceans depth, in depleted or commercial non viable hydrocarbons deposits and still in artificial caverns.

The method of CO2 panoramic hysteroscopy was described. It can be performed as an office procedure without the need for preliminary cervical dilatation or even a paracervical nerve block. The risks are minimal, and the benefits of being able to see the uterine cavity are manifold.

This article explores current proposals for the creation of a global tax on carbon dioxide. The problems associated with these proposals are as diverse as their objectives: the pursuit of reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, or the generation of funds for programmes, foundations and organizations working to combat climate change.
