Mullite production by valorization of a hydrodesulphurization catalyst waste
Due to its high alumina and silica content, Ni–Mo catalyst waste is a suitable, amorphous raw material for producing aluminosilicate phases. Thermal treatment of the waste at 1200°C for 30 min yields a material containing 50 wt.% mullite and exhibiting 96% overall crystallinity. The addition of amorphous silica significantly enhances mullite formation:

Research on light weight intelligent identification method of coal and gangue
Accurate identification of coal and gangue is essential for clean and efficient use of coal. Existing target detection algorithms are ineffective in detecting small-target and overlapping gangue, and contain complex network structure and large parameter volume, which cannot meet the demand of real-time detection of edge devices.
