Phase 1 study of balinatunfib, an oral inhibitor of TNFR1 signal in mild‐to‐moderate psoriasis
Balinatunfib is the first oral, small molecule selective inhibitor of TNFR1 signaling. The results of this study indicate that balinatunfib treatment was tolerable with no serious or severe adverse events in patients with mild‐to‐moderate psoriasis and showed clinical responses.

Environmental modification of PAH composition in coal tar containing samples
The PAH composition of coal tar containing samples collected at a number of coal gasworks sites has been studied. Samples were removed from areas where the coal tar components would have undergone varying degrees of environmental modification since ...

Phenol Neurolysis in Pain and Palliative Medicine
ABSTRACT Background Pain is a common symptom in palliative care and affects patients' quality of life considerably. Standard analgesics are sometimes insufficient and are associated with substantial side effects. Neurolysis, the targeted destruction of nerves using thermal or chemical agents, offers an additional option for managing localized pain in ...

ABSTRACT Sea lanes of communication (SLOC) are perceived as intricate systems comprising shipping routes, key straits, and canals, which are increasingly vulnerable to external disruptions. This study proposes a holistic framework for resilience assessment on the system by introducing an advanced framework incorporating fuzzy logic, a critic weight ...

Thermal enhancement of coal tar pumping in saturated porous media
International audiencePAHs are main constituents of coal tar, which is found on coking plant wastelands. The pumping rate of these DNAPLs is generally low due to its viscous nature and its high residual saturation.
