Sequentially optimal repeated coalition formation under uncertainty [PDF]
Coalition formation is a central problem in multiagent systems research, but most models assume common knowledge of agent types. In practice, however, agents are often unsure of the types or capabilities of their potential partners, but gain information ...

A Game Theory Proof of Optimal Colorings Resilience to Strong Deviations
This paper provides a formal proof of the conjecture stating that optimal colorings in max k-cut games over unweighted and undirected graphs do not allow the formation of any strongly divergent coalition, i.e., a subset of nodes able to increase their ...

Addressing the human-centric needs in vehicle scheduling at intersections poses a significant challenge. In this paper, we propose a game scheduling method to address the problem of platoon scheduling while considering priority passage requests. Firstly,

Game Theoretic Approach in Adapting QoS Routing Protocol for Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks
Network routing has a direct impact on the fairness and efficiency of the whole wireless multimedia sensor networks, the cooperation of nodes in term of routing can be considered as a group called routing coalition.

On a Simplified Method of Defining Characteristic Function in Stochastic Games
In the paper, we propose a new method of constructing cooperative stochastic game in the form of characteristic function when initially non-cooperative stochastic game is given. The set of states and the set of actions for any player is finite.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Task allocation for munition swarms is constrained by reachable region limitations and real-time requirements. This paper proposes a reachable region guided distributed coalition formation game (RRG-DCF) method to address these issues.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.
