Coaxial probes with finite ground plane
The radius of the ground plane of coaxial probes commonly used for the in vivo determination of the dielectric properties of biological tissues is not necessarily large enough to assure its effect is negligible. We present a model which allows the determination of the effect of this significant source of error on the impedance of the probe.

Quasi- Open-Ended Coaxial Dielectric Probe Array for Skin Burn Characterization
We have developed a planar probe for measuring dielectric properties. It exploits modern circuit board fabrication technologies that effectively construct a quasi-coaxial structure running perpendicular to the board.

Titanium Suboxides Responsible for Electronic Anomaly Near Room Temperature in the Ti3C2Tx MXene
Our multi‐technique study reveals that the near‐room‐temperature anomaly in Ti3C2Tx MXene is linked to titanium suboxide nanodomains, including Ti3O5, embedded within the MXene host. Their temperature‐driven transformation provides an alternative explanation to solvent‐ and swelling‐based models and offers new insight into the thermally activated ...

Input impedance of an overmoded coaxial line fed coaxial waveguide
A theoretical formulation for the input impedance of an overmoded coaxial probe fed coaxial waveguide has been derived in terms of the geometrical variables, the modal field solutions, and the probe excitation current distribution.
