Coblation assisted excision of lingual thyroid [PDF]
Lingual thyroid (LT) tissue is the most frequent ectopic location of the thyroid gland. We report 5 cases of symptomatic LT and discuss the new surgical approach. Transoral approach and coblation assisted excision of LT was performed. Postoperative follow-up for all patients was like as tonsillectomy management without tracheotomy.

Giant rhinophyma: Excision with coblation assisted surgery
An 83-year-old man presented with an unusually severe case of rhinophyma. Giant rhinopyhma is very rare in literature. The giant lesion was widely excised using sharp surgical incision and coblation assisted surgery.

Analysis of an Observational Versus Surgical Approach for Pediatric Post‐Tonsillectomy Hemorrhage
This study compares outcomes of observational versus surgical management of pediatric post‐tonsillectomy hemorrhage. We found that observational management was safe and avoided unnecessary procedures in selected cases. These results support tailoring intervention to exam findings to optimize patient care.
