Magnetoelectric P(VDF‐TrFE) nanocomposites containing CFO or Fe3O4 nanoparticles were developed to generate electroactive microenvironments under magnetic stimulation. At 1 Hz, particularly with 20% CFO, strong antimicrobial effects were observed against E. coli and S. aureus. This approach highlights the potential of magnetically activated surfaces to

Monitoring a concrete bridge girder with the coda wave interferometry method
Concrete bridges play an important role in the construction of urban infrastructure. Environmental factors and excessive use accelerate the aging of bridges. The collapse of bridges can cause casualties and serious economic losses. Hence, more and more people realize the necessity of structural health monitoring.

ABSTRACT Energy labels help consumers understand the environmental impact of products. This drives consumer behavior. Knowing how label features are perceived can thus have important implications for design, policy, and management. Energy labels contain different design features that convey information about the range of available energy classes.

We develop a full randomization of the classical hyper‐logistic growth model by obtaining closed‐form expressions for relevant quantities of interest, such as the first probability density function of its solution, the time until a given fixed population is reached, and the population at the inflection point.
