On the equivalence between additive and linear codes
Additive codes have attracted considerable attention for their potential to outperform linear codes. However, distinguishing strictly additive codes from those that are equivalent to linear codes remains a fundamental challenge. To resolve this ambiguity, we introduce a deterministic test that requires only the generator matrix of the code.

Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

Secure network-index code equivalence: extension to non-zero error and leakage [PDF]
A linear code equivalence between index coding and network coding was shown by El Rouayheb et al., which establishes that for any index-coding instance, there exists a network-coding instance for which any index code can be mapped to a suitable network ...

A code and rate equivalence between secure network and index coding [PDF]
Establishing code equivalences between index coding and network coding provides important insights for code design. Previous works showed an equivalence relation between any index-coding instance and a network-coding instance, for which a code for one ...
