Controllability in codimension one
Let M be an n-dimensional connected analytic manifold. A nonlinear control system of the form \((*)\quad x'=X(x)+\sum^{s}_{i=1}u_ iX^ i(x),\) \(x\in M\) is said to have codimension one when the Lie algebra generated by the vector fields \(X^ 1,...,X^ s\) has dimension n-1 at every point of M.

Scissors congruence K$K$‐theory for equivariant manifolds
Abstract We introduce a scissors congruence K$K$‐theory spectrum that lifts the equivariant scissors congruence groups for compact G$G$‐manifolds with boundary, and we show that on π0$\pi _0$, this is the source of a spectrum‐level lift of the Burnside ring‐valued equivariant Euler characteristic of a compact G$G$‐manifold.

Bifurcations of Tumor-Immune Competition Systems with Delay
A tumor-immune competition model with delay is considered, which consists of two-dimensional nonlinear differential equation. The conditions for the linear stability of the equilibria are obtained by analyzing the distribution of eigenvalues.

Dynamics and Bifurcations of a Discrete-Time Moran-Ricker Model with a Time Delay
This study investigates the dynamics of limited homogeneous populations based on the Moran-Ricker model with time delay. The delay in density dependence caused the preceding generation to consume fewer resources, leading to a decrease in the required ...

An augmentation of the phase space of the system of type A^{(1)}_4
We investigate the differential system with affine Weyl group symmetry of type A^{(1)}_4 and construct a space which parametrizes all meromorphic solutions of it.

Explicit constructions of short virtual resolutions of truncations
Abstract We propose a concept of truncation for arbitrary smooth projective toric varieties and construct explicit cellular resolutions for nef truncations of their total coordinate rings. We show that these resolutions agree with the short resolutions of Hanlon, Hicks, and Lazarev, which were motivated by symplectic geometry, and we use our definition

A Leslie-Gower predator-prey model with Smith growth and constant-yield harvesting is proposed in this paper. We show that the system admits at most two boundary equilibria, both of which are unstable. The degenerate positive equilibrium of the system is

Warped embeddings between Einstein manifolds
Warped embeddings from a lower dimensional Einstein manifold into a higher dimensional one are analyzed. Explicit solutions for the embedding metrics are obtained for all cases of codimension 1 embeddings and some of the codimension n>1 cases.

Fat equator effect and minimality in immersions and submersions of the sphere
Abstract Inspired by the equatorial concentration of measure phenomenon in the sphere, a result which is deduced from the general (and intrinsic), concentration of measure in Sn(1)$\mathbb {S}^n(1)$, we describe in this paper an equatorial concentration of measure satisfied by the closed (compact without boundary), isometric and minimal immersions x:Σm→

This paper concerns a discrete wild and sterile mosquito model with a proportional release rate of sterile mosquitoes. It is shown that the discrete model undergoes codimension-2 bifurcations with 1 : 2, 1 : 3, and 1 : 4 strong resonances by applying the
