Electronic‐Structure Control of Ferromagnetism in Fe3GeTe2 and Fe3GaTe2: A Short Review
Fe3GeTe2 and Fe3GaTe2 form a revealing materials pair for examining how carrier filling, orbital hybridization, magnetic anisotropy, and defects cooperate in metallic van der Waals ferromagnets. This Short Review interprets Ga substitution as chemical electronic‐structure engineering rather than simple rigid‐band doping and identifies decisive ...

Spin Transport in Thin Copper Channels Fabricated via Thermal Scanning Probe Lithography
Thermal scanning probe lithography (t‐SPL) is demonstrated as an alternative to electron‐beam lithography for fabricating all‐metallic non‐local spin valves with ∼100 nm features. Devices exhibit strong spin signals and clean magnetic switching, demonstrating the viability of t‐SPL for nanoscale spintronics.
