Generation of Probabilistic Bits by Exploiting Orthogonal Spin Currents in Magnetic Trilayers
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Fe/Ti/CoFeB trilayers generate orthogonal spin currents that drive stochastic spin–orbit‐torque switching for probabilistic‐bit operation.
