The preparation of sintered NdFeB magnet with high-coercivity and high temperature-stability [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2011
The NdFeB magnets with high intrinsic coercivity have been produced by using the conventional powder metallurgy method (including SC, HD and JM) of sintered NdFeB magnets. The effects of grain boundary phases on the microstructure and magnetic properties of as-sintered and annealed magnets have been tried to investigate.

Efficient Process Development for Laser Powder Bed Fusion of a Soft‐Magnetic Metallic Glass Composite

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Iron‐based metallic glass alloys exhibit excellent soft‐magnetic properties, and unprecedented geometrical freedom in the design of soft‐magnetic metallic glass components is made possible by additive manufacturing. An efficient workflow for developing parameters for laser‐based powder bed fusion of a Fe‐based metallic glass alloy is presented along ...

State Fragility and Structural Gender Inequality in Family Law: An Empirical Investigation

open access: yesLaws, 2015
In this paper we examine the linkage of male-dominant family law systems and levels of nation-state security and stability. We expect such societies to be predisposed to parasitical rent-seeking and inefficiency, combined with coercive conflict ...

Excellent energy storage properties realized in novel BaTiO3-based lead-free ceramics by regulating relaxation behavior

open access: yesJournal of Materiomics, 2023
BaTiO3(BT) has attracted extensive attention among advanced lead-free ferroelectric materials due to its unique dielectric and ferroelectric properties. However, the enormous remanent polarization and coercive field severely impede the improvement of its

A Cut Discontinuous Galerkin Method for Coupled Bulk-Surface Problems

open access: yes, 2017
We develop a cut Discontinuous Galerkin method (cutDGM) for a diffusion-reaction equation in a bulk domain which is coupled to a corresponding equation on the boundary of the bulk domain. The bulk domain is embedded into a structured, unfitted background
