Profinite direct sums with applications to profinite groups of type ΦR$\Phi _R$
Abstract We show that the ‘profinite direct sum’ is a good notion of infinite direct sums for profinite modules, having properties similar to those of direct sums of abstract modules. For example, the profinite direct sum of projective modules is projective, and there is a Mackey's formula for profinite modules described using these sums.

On cofinitely weak rad-supplemented modules
In this paper, necessary and sufficient conditions for a quotient module are found to be a cofinitely weak Rad-supplemented module under which circumstances. Nevertheless, some relations are investigated between cofinitely Rad-supplemented modules and cofinitely weak Rad-supplemented modules.

On cofinitely weak $\delta-$ supplemented modules [PDF]
Let R be a ring and M be a left R-module. M is called cofinitely weak delta-supplemented ( or briefly delta-CWS-module) if every cofinite submodule of M has a weak delta-supplement in M. In this paper, we give various properties of this kind of modules.

This paper investigates the application of β‐open sets to the convergence analysis of nonautonomous evolution equations governed by maximal monotone operators in Hilbert spaces. β‐open sets are a class of generalized open sets introduced by Njåstad (1965), which coincides with the class of semiopen sets by Levine (1963).

Some Properties of Serre Subcategories in the Graded Local Cohomology Modules
Let R = ⊕n≥0Rn be a standard homogeneous Noetherian ring with local base ring (R0,m0) and let M be a finitely generated graded R‐module. Let HR+i(M) be the ith local cohomology module of M with respect to R+ = ⊕n>0Rn. Let S be a Serre subcategory of the category of R‐modules and let i be a nonnegative integer.

In this paper, we introduce a novel type of open set, called βθ−I‐open sets, constructed by means of an ideal on a topological space. These sets broaden the classical definition of openness. Employing these ideal‐based generalized open sets, we investigate essential topological properties—including connectedness, hyperconnectedness, and extremal ...

Generalized ⊕‐Radical Supplemented Modules
Çalışıcı and Türkmen called a module M generalized ⊕‐supplemented if every submodule has a generalized supplement that is a direct summand of M. Motivated by this, it is natural to introduce another notion that we called generalized ⊕‐radical supplemented modules as a proper generalization of generalized ⊕‐supplemented modules. In this paper, we obtain

Cofinite graphs and their profinite completions
We generalize the idea of cofinite groups, due to B. Hartley, [2]. First we define cofinite spaces in general. Then, as a special situation, we study cofinite graphs and their uniform completions. The idea of constructing a cofinite graph starts with ...

The shift‐homological spectrum and parametrising kernels of rank functions
Abstract For any compactly generated triangulated category, we introduce two topological spaces, the shift spectrum and the shift‐homological spectrum. We use them to parametrise a family of thick subcategories of the compact objects, which we call radical.

A characterization result of cofinite local cohomology modules
Let $R$ be a commutative Noetherian ring, $\fa$ an ideal of $R$, $M$ an arbitrary $R$-module and $N$ a finite $R$-module. We prove that \cite[Theorem 2.1]{Mel} and \cite[Proposition 3.3 (i)$\Leftrightarrow$(ii)]{B1} are true for any Serre subcategory of $
