Advanced Science, EarlyView.Magnetomechanical neuromodulation using magnetic nanodiscs enables remote activation of neurons. In a hemiparkinsonian mouse model, alternating magnetic fields actuate the nanodiscs to generate torque that opens mechanosensitive ion channels within the subthalamic nucleus, thereby modulating basal ganglia motor circuitry.

Research on Resistive Switching Mechanism of SnO2/SnS2 Based Heterojunction Memory Devices
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.This work fabricates SnO2/SnS2 RRAM using (NH4)4Sn2S6, achieving 224 pJ set energy at 0.4 V with >1000‐cycle stability and 4 × 104 s retention. XPS/SEM/AFM‐validated interfacial engineering enables uniform switching, advancing low‐power neuromorphic memory development.

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.A finite‐element–guided design of direct‐written organic micro‐thermoelectric generators is presented for efficient skin‐heat harvesting. Embedding PEDOT:PSS/PBFDO thermoelectric legs within flexible substrates suppresses interfacial heat losses and enhances vertical heat flow.
