Vestibular Patient Journey: Insights From Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA) Registry
ABSTRACT Objective Vestibular symptoms impose a high burden of disability. Understanding real‐world diagnostic and treatment pathways can identify care gaps and guide interventions. We aimed to characterize symptom profiles, diagnostic trends, provider involvement, and treatment patterns in vestibular disorders.

Fermionic coherent states for pseudo-Hermitian two-level systems
We introduce creation and annihilation operators of pseudo-Hermitian fermions for two-level systems described by pseudo-Hermitian Hamiltonian with real eigenvalues. This allows the generalization of the fermionic coherent states approach to such systems.

ABSTRACT Background Emerging evidence suggests that low‐frequency neural oscillations are dynamically regulated by consciousness levels, with the recovery of low cortical activity potentially serving as a neurophysiological substrate for conscious emergence. Targeted enhancement of these low‐frequency rhythms in patients with disorders of consciousness

Design of DCSK based on modified time reversal technique
In a Differential Chaos Shift Keying (DCSK) system, the reference and information chaotic bearing signals are transmitted in two consecutive time slots. This design requires twice the bit duration.

In this paper we begin the classification of coherent systems (E,V) on the projective line which are stable with respect to some value of a parameter α. In particular we show that the moduli spaces, if non-empty, are always smooth and irreducible of the expected dimension.

Coherent Performance Analysis of the HJ-1-C Synthetic Aperture Radar
Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is a coherent imaging radar. Hence, coherence is critical in SAR imaging. In a coherent system, several sources can degrade performance.

ABSTRACT Background Central nervous system (CNS) inflammatory demyelinating syndromes, including multiple sclerosis (MS), aquaporin‐4 antibody–positive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (AQP4 + NMOSD), and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody–associated disease (MOGAD), occasionally overlap.

Multiple symbol soft-output non-coherent detection of serial concatenated CPM
A non-coherent detection algorithm for CPM was proposed.Several sequential symbols were used as the observation window to calculate the prior probability for codeword in CPM soft demodulation process, and the more observation symbols were used, the better ...

Non-Coherent Capacity of $M$ -ary DCSK Modulation System Over Multipath Rayleigh Fading Channels
Non-coherent capacity bounds for the M-ary differential chaos shift keying (DCSK) modulation system are derived and analyzed over multipath Rayleigh fading channels, deriving conditions on the channel state information/non-channel state information (CSI ...
