Fixed Points and Coincidences in Torus Bundles [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2010
Minimum numbers of fixed points or of coincidence components (realized by maps in given homotopy classes) are the principal objects of study in topological fixed point and coincidence theory. In this paper we investigate fiberwise analoga and represent a general approach e.g. to the question when two maps can be deformed until they are coincidence free.

On the Rigidity and Mechanical Behavior of Triply Periodic Minimal Surfaces‐Based Lattices: Insights from Extensive Experiments and Simulations

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study examines the mechanical properties of triply periodic minimal surfaces (TPMS)‐based lattices, analyzing 36 architectures in elastic and plastic regimes. It evaluates the applicability of beam‐based scaling laws to TPMS lattices. Rigidity arises from the alignment of members with the load direction and solid regions preventing rotation.

Existence of coupled coincidence best proximity point [PDF]

open access: yesSurveys in Mathematics and its Applications
This work of optimality is engaged with couple coincidence best proximity point. We have developed some optimal results where control functions and non-linear weak inequalities are evident. Further using our results, we establish some fixed point results.

Note on strict contractive conditions and common fixed point theorems with application

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica, 2017
In this note we point out errors in the proofs of first two theorems contained in Demonstratio Mathematica, Vol. XLVI, no 2, 2013, 405-413. We also rectify the erratic theorems by employing a proper setting.

Quantum effects in proton-conducting oxides: an exhaustive study in barium stannate [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2014
Density-functional theory calculations are performed to investigate hydrogen transport in the proton conductor BaSnO$_3$. Structural optimizations in the stable and saddle point configurations for transfer and reorientation allow description of the high-temperature classical and semi-classical regimes, in which diffusion occurs by over-barrier motion ...

Partial S-metric spaces and coincidence points

open access: yesFilomat, 2019
In this paper, the concept partial S-metric space is introduced as a generalization of S-metric space. We prove certain coincidence point theorems in partial S-metric spaces. The results we obtain generalize many known results in fixed point theory. Also, some examples show the e_ectiveness of this approach.

Synergistic Effects of Cerium and Magnesium on Optimizing Electrical Conductivity and Mechanical Properties of AlSi3 Cast Alloys

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study investigates the impact of Ce and/or Mg on the electrical conductivity (EC) and mechanical properties of AlSi3 cast alloy. It highlights the synergistic effects of Ce and Mg on eutectic Si modification and Mg solute reduction in the Al matrix, resulting in the optimization of EC, strength, and ductility of the alloy.
