The Sustainability of India's current account (1950-2003): Evidence from parametric and non-parametric unit root and cointegration tests [PDF]
This study conducts an investigation into the sustainability of the Indian current account over the study period 1950-2003. It is argued that a necessary condition for current account sustainability is that exports and imports are cointegrated.

The Power of Bootstrap Tests of Cointegration Rank with Financial Time Series [PDF]
Bootstrap likelihood ratio tests of cointegration rank are commonly used because they tend to have rejection probabilities that are closer to the nominal level than the rejection probabilities of the correspond- ing asymptotic tests.

ABSTRACT Despite the Mediterranean region's critical dependence on tourism, the empirical relationship between tourism development and multidimensional sustainable development remains underexplored. Existing studies predominantly rely on unidimensional sustainability proxies, failing to capture the holistic nature of sustainability. This study examines

Inappropriate Detrending and Spurious Cointegration [PDF]
The empirical literature is abundant with detrended cointegration, where cointegration relationships are tested and estimated with deterministic trend terms. Cointegration is, however, critically dependent on whether time series is detrended or not.

Long-run Validity of Export-Led Growth: An Empirical Reinvestigation from Linear and Nonlinear Cointegration Test [PDF]
This study is able to uncover long-run cointegration relationship for Singapore and South Korea, based on the Breitung (2001) rank test procedures. Breitung (2001) rank test can detect both linear and nonlinear cointegration relationships, added value to

Linkages between international securitized real estate markets: Further evidence from time-varying and stochastic cointegration [PDF]
This paper analyzes long-run co-movements between international real estate stock markets and between regions based on bivariate and multivariate tests for cointegration. While the topic has been analyzed in previous studies such as Gallo and Zhang (2009)
