ABSTRACT We estimated the burden of influenza, SARS‐CoV‐2 and RSV from patients hospitalized with acute respiratory infection systematically tested between weeks 40/2024 and 20/2025 in Spain. The hospitalization rate per 100,000 was highest for influenza [67.5 (95% Confidence Interval: 52.5–87.3)] followed by RSV [46.6 (35.4–62.2)] and SARS‐CoV‐2 [15.8
