Influence of Copper Content on Mechanical Properties of Austenitic Stainless Steel 304J1 for Deep Drawing

open access: yesTeshugang, 2013
The tested austenitic stainless steel 304JI (/%:≤0. 08C, ≤1.70Si, ≤3.OOMn, 15 〜18Cr, 6 〜9Ni, 1 〜3Cu) is melted by a 10 kg vacuum induction furnace, forged to Φ40 mm bar and solid-solution heat-treated at 1 080 °C for 10 min, water cooling.

Thermomechanical modelling of cold drawing processes of small diameter tubes

open access: yes, 2009
International audienceTube cold drawing processes are used to reduce tube diameters and thicknesses, while pulling them through a conical converging die with or without inner plug. An accurate modelling of the material deformation, friction behaviour and

Methylglyoxal Accumulation is Associated with Brain Inflammation after Myocardial Infarction with Sex and Regional Differences

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies that methylglyoxal may play an important role in heart‐brain interactions after myocardial infarction. Myocardial infarction leads to increased levels of methylglyoxal‐derived advanced glycation end‐products (MG‐H1) in the brain of mice, which is associated with loss of blood‐brain barrier integrity and neuroinflammation ...

Astrocytic Phenotypic Switching in Posterior Piriform Cortex Orchestrates Bone Cancer Pain–Depression Comorbidity via Purinergic–Noradrenergic Signaling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Bone cancer pain and depression share a common origin: astrocytic A2‐to‐A1 transition in the posterior piriform cortex. This phenotypic shift disrupts the ATP–adenosine–A2AR–norepinephrine axis, simultaneously driving nociceptive and affective dysfunction.

TME/NIR Dual‐Responsive Zinc‐Based Targeted Nanoagonist for Multimodal Amplification of STING‐Mediated Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multifunctional nanoagonist (cDZ@IP) enables nano‐metabolite–driven multimodal activation of the STING pathway and enhanced immune recognition, achieving potent antitumor immunity and suppressing tumor growth and metastasis. This strategy highlights the rational design of therapeutic metabolites and establishes a new paradigm bridging nanomedicine ...

Multi‐Omics Profiling Reveals Immunomodulatory and Pro‐Regenerative Effects of a Graphene Oxide–Collagen Scaffold in Massive Rotator Cuff Tears

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A graphene oxide/collagen scaffold is developed for chronic massive rotator cuff tear repair. The scaffold improves compressive stability, supports reparative mesenchymal differentiation, and modulates the immune microenvironment. In chronic MRCT models, it reduces muscle degeneration, enhances tendon–bone regeneration, and improves functional recovery,
