This study establishes an environmental thermoeconomic cost model to investigate the impact of two IAC technologies on the performance of a GSCC from three aspects of energy, economy, and environment. Under arid climate conditions, the SEC technology demonstrates superior performance in terms of cost‐effectiveness and environmental impact.

Char Layer Thickness Evolution During Structural Timber Fire Experiment and Final Density Profile
ABSTRACT This paper evaluates several non‐destructive experimental methods for determining the char layer thickness and its density profile in structural timber samples exposed to standard ISO 834 fire curve experiments. Microwave echo pulse, ultrasonic echo pulse, X‐ray computed tomography, and resistance drilling were evaluated.

Superior survival & stability: electrostatic spray drying (ESD) achieved 82% initial viability, retaining 79% survival after 3‐month at 4°C storage. Optimized protection: 70°C drying with resistant dextrin & whey protein preserved 93.5% membrane integrity.
