An Extracellular Pore‑Targeting Peptide Defines a Designable Allosteric Site in TRPV2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Structure‐guided peptide engineering yields Depiv2, a highly potent and subtype‐selective TRPV2 inhibitor that binds to the extracellular pore and remodels it into a closed, non‐conductive state. Depiv2 suppresses pathological cardiac hypertrophy, establishing the TRPV2 outer pore as a designable interface for selective peptide modulation.

High‐Performance Piezoresistive Sensors via Pd/Sn‐Free Graphene‐Catalyzed Metallization of Thermally Repairable Microfiber Scaffolds

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The multilayer fiber‐based PGC sensor, fabricated via graphene‐mediated electroless copper deposition, demonstrates high sensitivity, mechanical durability, and fast response speed. Additionally, it features low‐temperature thermal assisted recovery and thermal resistance, providing a promising platform for wearable electronic devices and IoT ...

Self‐Healing Ionogel Dual‐Network Enables Synergistic Defect Passivation and Strain Relief for High‐Efficiency Robust Perovskite Photovoltaics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
PSCs are afflicted by inherent defects and lattice strain that limit PCE and stability. A cross‐linked multifunctional ionogel [HA‐AA][EMIES] is developed to modulate crystallization, relieve residual strain, and passivate defects, extending carrier diffusion length to over 8 µm and delivering PCEs of 26.45% for rigid devices and 25.14% for flexible ...

Ultralow‐Energy Analog Reservoir Computing via Reconfigurable 2‐Transistor Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work presents a reconfigurable reservoir‐computing platform based on an oxide InSnZnO two‐transistor cell in which a hold bias selects volatile relaxation for the reservoir or quasi‐non‐volatile multilevel storage for the readout. Multi‐level hold‐bias kernel tune relaxation currents to generate diverse time constants, enriching reservoir states ...
