Tin‐Oxo Nanocluster Extreme UV Photoresists Equipped with Chemical Features for Atmospheric Stability and High EUV Sensitivity

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Fluoroalkyl‐functionalized tin–oxo nanoclusters (N‐TOC6) enable robust pattern formation through ligand crosslinking under EUV exposure without thermal processing. Sn–F coordination mitigates the Lewis acidity of Sn centers, suppressing reactions with airborne molecules and improving post‐exposure pattern stability.

Collective intentionality and the state theory of money

open access: yesErasmus Journal for Philosophy and Economics, 2015
The circulation of non-convertible currency and the source of its value raise important ontological questions that touch upon the conditions of its acceptance.

Complex Economic Systems: Using Collective Intentionality Analysis to Explain Individual ldentity in Networks [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
Une approche particulière de l\u27analyse de économies vues comme des systèmes complexes étudie l\u27interaction entre les individus dans des réseaus locaux ou de voisinage qui sont un sous-ensemble des économies plus larges.

From collective intentionality to intentional collectives: An ontological perspective

open access: yesCognitive Systems Research, 2006
This paper presents a methodology for the analysis of the entities which the discourse on collective intentionality usually refers to. We aim, in particular, at characterizing the notion of intentional collective. Based on reviews of the relevant literature, we apply three formal-ontological tools of our choice (namely, DOLCE, DnS, and DDPO) to the ...

Quasi‐Static to Supersonic Energy Absorption of Nanoarchitected Tubulanes and Schwarzites

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Nanoarchitected energy‐absorptive Tubulanes exhibit record energy absorption under quasi‐static conditions and exceptional inelastic energy dissipation under 750 m s−1 ballistics impact, with high performance spanning strain rates of 12 orders of magnitude.

Conductive Bonding and System Architectures for High‐Performance Flexible Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review outlines bonding technologies and structural design strategies that support high‐performance flexible and stretchable electronics. Bonding approaches such as surface‐activated bonding and anisotropic conductive films, together with system‐level architectures including buffer layers and island‐bridge structures, possess distinct mechanical ...

Cognitive Integration for Hybrid Collective Agency

open access: yesPhilosophies
Can human–machine hybrid systems (HMHs) constitute genuine collective agents? This paper defends an affirmative answer. I argue that HMHs achieve collective intentionality without shared consciousness by satisfying the following three functional criteria:

Heidegger, technology and sustainability: between intentionality, accountability and empowerment [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Transition is the adequate term for characterising contemporary societies. Norms and values are in transit, led by a technological revolution, which is, in itself, the tip of the iceberg of millenary social and cultural changes.
