This is a project of the present, projecting the past. Cities grow, adapt, die and resurge. Over the course of their evolution, they become possessors of juxtaposing narratives — those stemming from privileged voices against other, softer, less audible tales. What have we forgotten in the years — decades, centuries — of inhabiting these cities?
