Rola prymatu Piotra w Kościele synodalnym

open access: yesRocznik Skrzatuski
The article presents the problem of the role of papal primacy as it is exercised in a Church defined as synodal. Moving through three issues – structure, style and events – the author seeks to present the problematic of synodality as such, and within it ...

Implantable Ionic Memristors Based on Natural Polymer Heterojunctions

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We report an implantable natural polymer‐based ionic memristor composed of hyaluronic acid, chitosan, and PDMS. The device achieved 98.94% accuracy in MNIST classification while reducing training time by 36.8% compared with a conventional artificial neural network (ANN).

Tough and Skin‐Free Porous Polyelectrolyte Complex Hydrogels via Salt‐Induced Aqueous Phase Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Controlling counterion exchange rate during aqueous phase separation enables the formation of skin‐free, homogeneously porous polyelectrolyte complex hydrogels by suppressing kinetically trapped skin layers and macrovoids. The resulting hydrogel networks exhibit exceptional toughness (∼15 MJ·m−3) and enable 3D (bio)printing and post‐functionalization ...

Engineering Concentration‐Dependent Intravitreal Mobility via Cyclic Arginine‐Enriched Nanocarrier Surface Modification: In Vivo Proof‐of‐Concept in a Porcine Large Animal Model

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
In this study, Hammer et al. highlight cyclic‐arginine surface engineering as a highly biocompatible, controllable, and concentration‐dependent regulator of intravitreal nanoparticle mobility in vivo in a translational large animal model. The cyclic arginine surface‐modification supports the development of next‐generation biomaterials for long‐acting ...

Tumor‐Targeted Hyaluronic Acid/Tannic Acid‐Engineered Oxygen Nanogenerators With IR780 Payloads Enable Dual‐Mode Glutathione Depletion and Effective Singlet Oxygen Generation for Melanoma Treatment

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A hyaluronic acid/tannic acid‐engineered Prussian blue oxygen nanogenerator loaded with IR780 is developed to enhance melanoma phototherapy. By integrating tumor targeting, oxygen self‐supply, and dual‐mode glutathione depletion, the nanoplatform effectively overcomes hypoxia and antioxidant defenses, potentiating synergistic photothermal/photodynamic ...
