Products of distributions in a Colombeau algebra

open access: yes, 2014
In this paper some products of distributions are derived. Theresults are obtained in Colombeau algebra of generalized functions, which is most relevant algebraic construction for dealing nonlinear problems of Schwartz distributions.

Products of Distributions in Colombeau Algebra

open access: yes, 2019
The problem about product of two arbitrary distributions is one of the main problems that classical theory of distributions had came across. Many attempts have been done for overcoming this problem. The construction of the Colombeau algebra seems to be an optimal solution until now for dealing with products of distributions.

Vanishing Theorems in Colombeau Algebras of Generalized Functions

Canadian Mathematical Bulletin, 2008
AbstractUsing a canonical linear embedding of the algebra of Colombeau generalized functions in the space of -valued ℂ-linear maps on the space of smooth functions with compact support, we give vanishing conditions for functions and linear integral operators of class .

Regularized fractional derivatives in Colombeau algebra

2015
The present study aims at indicating the existence and uniqueness result of system in extended colombeau algebra. The Caputo fractional derivative is used for solving the system of ODEs. In addition, Riesz fractional derivative of  Colombeau generalized algebra is considered.

Singular distribution products in Colombeau algebra

Integral Transforms and Special Functions, 1999
Schwartz distributions can be canonically imbedded in the algebra of Colombeau generalized functions and sometimes their singular products can be evaluated in terms of distributions again. Here we propose some results of that kind concerning the products of the distributions , that have coinciding point singularites.
