Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) exerts protein‐dependent neuroprotective effects in an MPTP‐induced Parkinson's disease model. In casein‐fed mice, TRF improves gut barrier integrity and reduces neuroinflammation, possibly via modulation of Allobaculum and BCAAs.

We identified GRIA2 as a critical driver of gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis through in vivo CRISPR screening. Mechanistically, GRIA2‐mediated calcium influx inhibits GSK3β and activates Wnt/β‐catenin signaling, driven by glutamate from cancer‐associated fibroblasts.

Intramural hematoma of the colon should be considered as a diagnosis in anticoagulated patients who present with prolonged INR and GI symptoms. In stable cases, conservative medical treatment can be sufficient to avoid unnecessary procedures.
