A Sporadic Juvenile Gastric Polyp: An Endoscopic Rarity

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT There are several types of gastric polyps and juvenile gastric polyps are scarce. They can be asymptomatic or can contribute to iron deficiency anemia. Performance of GPT‐5 in the Interpretation of IBD Histopathology Reports

open access: yesUnited European Gastroenterology Journal, Volume 14, Issue 1, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Histopathological interpretation is crucial for diagnosing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), distinguishing between Crohn's Disease (CD), Ulcerative Colitis (UC), IBD‐Unclassified (IBD‐U), and Non‐IBD colitis (NIBDC). However, interobserver variability and limited expertise can reduce diagnostic accuracy. Large Language Models (LLMs)

Testicular Ischaemia Following Diverticulitis Complicated by Colovesical Fistula: A Case Report

open access: yesIJU Case Reports, Volume 9, Issue 1, January 2026.

Duodenal‐type follicular lymphoma (DTFL) is an uncommon and often indolent extranodal lymphoma that may be difficult to recognize when characteristic endoscopic or imaging findings are absent. Introduction Bilateral macronodular adrenocortical disease (BMAD) is an uncommon cause of endogenous Cushing syndrome, often diagnosed through bilateral adrenal incidentalomas without clinical manifestations of hypercortisolism. Mutations in the armadillo repeat-containing 5 (ARMC5) gene represent one of the causes of this disease, frequently ...

Mesenteric and Retroperitoneal Mucinous Cystic Neoplasms: A Nongynecologic Process Commonly Managed by Gynecologic Oncologists

open access: yesCase Reports in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Retroperitoneal mucinous cystic neoplasm is a rare pathology. Data regarding diagnosis and treatment are limited and based on case reports and series.
